O’Sheng

This is a description of a Sheng Pu-erh cake from the 2017 spring harvest, made from raw materials sourced from Lin Tsan County. The tea is fresh, juicy, and delicious with a typical bitterness that is common in young tea. It’s important to be careful with the amount used when brewing due to this bitterness. However, based on the way the bitterness transforms into sweetness, it is a good candidate for aging. In a few years, the tea will fully mature and showcase its true potential.
