The most famous green tea and one of the most famous Chinese teas. It is collected in the vicinity of the Long Jing village, which is located not far from the West Lake, famous throughout China. According to one of the legends, delicious tea was made in a small village on the territory of the modern province of Zhe Jiang. On the outskirts of the village there was a well, near which the famous poet Li Bai stopped to rest and drink the very same tea. And now, having drunk some tea, he bent over the well and at the bottom of it noticed the escaping tail of a dragon. He was so moved by this vision that he immediately wrote two large hieroglyphs 龙井 right on the wall behind the well, which means “Dragon’s Well”. Since then, a lot of water has flowed under the bridge, but today in the village that adopted this name, the tea of the same name is produced. First spring collection. The aroma of freshness, bitterness, sourness and as expected a light signature shade, which for some reminds the fish.
Produced in 2021.
