Yan Xun Xiao Jun Smoked

This tea was produced in the village of Gua Dong, situated in the Tun Mu Nature Reserve, which is an ideal climate and ecological zone for tea cultivation. The tea is harvested once a year, at the end of May, at an altitude of 1400m. The raw material used was Da Chi Gan tea, which has slightly larger leaves than Jin Jun Mei. We made this tea to order and followed all the traditional processing methods, including wilting for 6 hours on a small fire, allowing the pine smoke flavor to penetrate the tea leaves. This results in a subtle smoky flavor that enhances the overall taste without dominating it. The tea has a strong and long-lasting aroma, combining the flavors of prunes and other dried fruits. The taste is versatile, powerful, and fruity, while also delicate and subtle. It has a long and rich aftertaste, making it a true jewel in any tea collection.
