Shui Xian

The tea is called Narcissus or sometimes translated as Aquatic Immortal. It is one of the most popular teas from the Wu Yi Shan region. Traditionally, it is highly roasted, which gives it a floral and fruity flavor while maintaining its distinctive taste. It is often paired with the tea You Gui, which provides a softer component and a smooth power. The tea is grown on Mount Ho Yan Shan and produced by the Lao Chen Cha Chang Factory.
