Wu Dong Bai Ye Dan Cong

This tea is a classic Dan Cong variety grown in Guang Dong province on Mount Wu Dong. It has been deep-fried but not to the point of developing a crust. The tea has a smooth and clear taste that is easily recognizable. It leaves a pleasant aftertaste and has a distinct Dan Cong bitterness that cannot be mistaken for anything else.
