Da Chi Gan

This tea was manufactured in the village of Gua Dong, located in the Tun Mu Reserve. The tea leaves were divided into two parts, with one being used to make smoked tea, and the other part used to make Da Chi Gan tea. This tea was a personal discovery, as it presents a unique combination of tenderness, sophistication, subtlety, and a powerful oily fruitiness. It manages to preserve all the desirable properties of a red tea, such as its tartness, fiery taste, and strong impact. It is truly an amazing tea and has become a model of Wu Yi Shan red tea for me.
